Employee SMS Consent

BSM Facility Solutions employees and staff opt in to our operational text message program during onboarding by completing and signing the authorization below. Consent is optional and is not required to work at BSM. Employees who sign are enrolled to receive recurring SMS about their work schedule and assigned interviews.

I authorize BSM Facility Solutions to send me recurring text messages about my work schedule and assigned interviews. Message frequency varies (typically about one message per workday). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. I understand consent is optional and is not a condition of employment. This consent is covered by BSM's Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. Only employees who sign this form are enrolled. Signed forms are retained in the employee's personnel file, and each consent is recorded with a timestamp.

Message frequency

Applicants receive limited messages while their application is active. Employees receive approximately one message per workday, plus additional messages when a schedule changes.

Message and data rates

Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. BSM Facility Solutions does not charge for this program.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to stop messages; you will receive one confirmation message. You may also notify a supervisor or Human Resources. Opting out does not affect your employment or application status.
